Bio
Susan Hapgood is a curator based in India. She is founding director of the Mumbai Art Room and Senior Advisor for Independent Curators International, New York. Hapgood received her initial professional training at the Guggenheim Museum and the New Museum of Contemporary Art, and has curated exhibitions including Energy Plus (at the 2012 Shanghai Biennale) and In Deed: Certificates of Authenticity in Art. She is the author of four books and numerous articles on modern and contemporary art.
